Leaf Removal
October & November
Leaf removal is ongoing. Residents are responsible to rake leaves to street curb for pick up. Please remember LEAVES ONLY and no grass clippings or other debris is allowed.
At no other time should any debris be put in the road or placed upon storm drains. This causes traffic safety issues as well as causing flooding due to clogged storm drains.
Master Plan Public Hearing

In accordance with Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended, the Village of Clarksville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider comments on the 2026 Master Plan for the Village of Clarksville. This proposed Plan is an update of and replaces the 2021 Master Plan and is intended to serve as a guide to the future development of the Village and contains recommendations about future land use, goals and policies, analysis of land use issues, demographic and community information, map of the sanitary sewer system, and recommendations to implement the Plan.
Anyone wishing to comment on this Plan is invited to attend this meeting. The draft plan is available to view electronically below:
